This is fdmprinter.def.json in resources/definitions (plus fdmextruder.def.json for a hand-ful of extruder settings). WebIt represents the "position" of the print head as the printer knows it. This print head has room for two nozzles side by side. The other nozzle won't be exactly on the print head coordinates but gets a small offset position (known in Cura as the Nozzle Position, normally left 0 for the first extruder).
