LB7's only have something like 450 TQ at the rear wheels, and like 280 rwhp and that the powerstrokes were actually the most powerful of the "big three" with somewhere around 475 TQ at the rear wheeld and 340 rwhp. even the most powerful powerstrokes (6.0), they only had 325hp at the crank. For what you're planning on doing any 94.5 and up should be fine. I wouldn't worry about the intercooler unless you plan on hammering it a lot in the mountains with a load on.
